Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Z Product AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Z Product AI provides AI tools that generate product photography, AI fashion model images and product copy from photos and information you upload, for use in online listings, catalogs and ads.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Uploaded content and consent

• You must own or have the right to use any product photo or other image you upload.
• Do not upload images of real people without their explicit consent to use their likeness with our AI tools.
• You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to generate the images and copy you request.
• You are responsible for how you use generated images and copy, including compliance with the policies of any marketplace or ad platform you publish to.

5. Acceptable use

• Uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Generating content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or harmful.
• Impersonating a real person or brand without authorization.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its rate limits.

6. Ownership of generated content

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the images and copy generated for you and may use them commercially. Z Product AI and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying software, models and branding.

7. Free use and daily limits

Z Product AI is free to use. To keep it fast for everyone, each tool has a daily allowance of generations and may slow down or pause at busy times. When you reach the limit, come back later and it refills. There are no paid plans and we never ask for card details.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service, including AI-generated images and copy, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts or inaccuracies, and you should review results before using them commercially.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z Product AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
